Over the years I'm delighted to say that I have received many letters and e-mails from satisfied customers who have let me know how much they have enjoyed my products, and the manner in which they have served them. I would like to share some of their thoughts and suggestions here with you.

"I am a very big fan of the Spicy Bite Tomato Chutney. This is not just another chutney to stick in the back of your fridge. Your guests won’t allow it, believe me. I have used the Spicy Bite to accompany the nibbles plate, be placed with food as a condiment, used as a spicy finish to a dinner instead of a gust or gravy and on sandwiches for a contemporary flavour. Once bitten by the spicy bite you will not be able to live without it. I’m unsure if it’s Elizabeth’s South African influence or her choice of fresh produce but the results speak for themselves. Your taste buds will be tantalized by her produce no matter what you are sampling, and if it’s made by Elizabeth you know it’s all natural, healthy, tasty and a standout in any gourmet range of foods."

"Spicy Bite Chutney is a well used favourite of mine. I use it in just about everything. I love it as a simple snack spread on rice cakes and topped with a bitey cheese. I brush it on cooked meats such as steak, chicken or sausages for a flavour hit. I even top savoury muffins with a teaspoon full of chutney before baking. I’m an addict!"

"I love the Spicy Bite Chutney spread very thinly on some rice cakes, followed by a big glass of cool water! Yum!"

"I was recently down south and wandered through the gourmet food shop 'Cape Kitchen' in Fig Tree Lane and spotted your watermelon preserve. I had to buy a bottle. It would be at least 40 years since I last enjoyed it. I don’t recall my Mother ever making it, so I assume we bought it at the local supermarket.
Returned a few days later to buy another jar to bring back to Perth. It brought back many memories of the good old days when we could buy whole fruit apricot jam and milk in bottles with the cream on top.
I will check your website regularly for any new products. Thank you for the konfyt and the memories."
Peter, Perth
